1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using NXRTWEAKS ("the Software", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
Subject to your active plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NXRTWEAKS on your own devices. Your license key is for your use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or resell the Software or your license key.
- You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for the devices you apply tweaks to and for keeping your own backups.
4. Payments & subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout. One-time plans are billed once; the Subscribe plan renews automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. The Software changes Windows settings — use at your own risk
NXRTWEAKS modifies Windows system settings (such as the registry, services, power plans, and boot configuration). While every tweak includes a revert option and the Software encourages creating a system restore point first, you use the Software at your own risk. We are not responsible for data loss, system instability, or any damage resulting from use. Always back up important data before making system changes.
6. No affiliation
NXRTWEAKS is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft or any game publisher mentioned on this site. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these terms, including license-key sharing or fraudulent payment activity. Upon termination your right to use the Software ends.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the revised terms.
